1. Free trial first
Every new business starts with a 14-day free trial, with no payment details required. The trial is the time to decide whether MOLOS POS fits your business before you pay.
2. Subscription fees are non-refundable
Once an invoice is paid, monthly and yearly subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes unused days after cancellation, unused plan limits, moving to a smaller plan, and periods in which the Service was not used.
3. When we do refund
We refund billing errors, including when:
- the same invoice was paid more than once;
- you were charged an amount different from the invoice total;
- a payment succeeded but your plan was not activated, and we could not fix it within 3 business days of your report.
If we permanently discontinue MOLOS POS, we refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, no further invoices are issued, and the remaining time is not refunded.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades and renewals take effect when their invoice is paid, and the new period is added to the end of your current one, so no paid time is lost. Amounts already paid are not refunded or credited when you change plans.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the payment and include:
- your business name and account email;
- the invoice number and payment date shown in Settings → Subscription;
- a short description of the problem and, if possible, proof of payment.
7. Review and processing
We review requests within 5 business days and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds, including the VAT charged, are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner. Depending on your bank or e-wallet, the money can take up to 14 business days to arrive.
8. Refunds to your customers
Payments your customers make go to you, either in cash or through the payment provider you connected. Refunding your customers is your responsibility and follows your own policy and your provider's terms. Voids and refunds recorded in MOLOS POS update your sales and stock records.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider so we can fix it quickly. While a chargeback is being investigated, we may pause the related subscription.
10. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy, and changes apply to payments made after the update date. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
