1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using MOLOS POS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MOLOS POS is built for businesses. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms for that business. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean MOLOS POS, and "you" means the business and the people who use the Service on its behalf.
2. The Service
MOLOS POS is a cloud point of sale platform. Depending on your plan, it includes:
- checkout, orders, receipts and cashier sessions;
- products, recipes, inventory, purchasing and stock transfers;
- kitchen display, tables and QR ordering for guests;
- employees, roles, schedules, leave and attendance;
- sales, expense and profit reports with data export;
- connections to payment providers that you choose.
We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
3. Accounts and security
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- The owner account controls the business, its branches, users, roles and permissions. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
- Keep passwords confidential, keep any Google account you use to sign in secure, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not share one user account between several people to get around plan limits.
4. Free trial, plans and billing
New businesses get a free trial of 14 days. No payment details are needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Each plan sets limits on users, products, branches and monthly orders, and you need to upgrade to go beyond them. Current plans and prices are shown in the pricing section and in Settings.
- Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and exclude value added tax (PPN), which is added to each invoice at the applicable rate.
- Subscription payments are processed by our payment partner. Each invoice has a payment link that expires if it is not paid in time.
- A plan starts or changes once its invoice is paid. If you pay while a period is still active, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
- Renewals are not charged automatically. To continue, pay a renewal invoice from Settings.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
5. Cancellation and expiry
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and no new invoice is created after that.
When a trial or paid period ends without renewal, access to the dashboard and POS is paused until you renew. We keep your data for at least 90 days after that so you can return, after which we may permanently delete it. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into MOLOS POS, including products, sales, customer and employee records. You allow us to store, process and back it up only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you record about your customers and staff, including attendance locations and photos, and for telling them how it is used. You can export your data as CSV at any time while your subscription is active. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Payments from your customers
You can connect your own Xendit, Midtrans or DOKU account to accept QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet and card payments. Those payments settle directly to your merchant account under that provider's terms. MOLOS POS is not a party to sales between you and your customers.
You are responsible for your prices, receipts, taxes, refunds to your customers and any disputes with them.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for illegal goods, services or transactions, fraud or money laundering;
- access another business's data, test or break our security, or interfere with the Service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others;
- send automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on our systems.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep MOLOS POS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may carry out maintenance, which we try to schedule outside busy trading hours. Keep your own copies of any records that are critical to your business.
10. Intellectual property
The MOLOS POS software, design, logo and brand belong to us. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if a payment is fraudulent, or if the law requires it. Where possible, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the issue and export your data. You can stop using the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Reports and calculations help you run your business but are not tax, accounting or legal advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
You agree to cover losses we suffer because of your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the Service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to resolve it in good faith through negotiation for 30 days. If it is not resolved, either party may bring it before the competent district court in Indonesia.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
